All service requests made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website are subject to technician availability. We will confirm the appointment time before the visit.

2 Pricing & Payment

  • A visiting/inspection charge may apply, communicated before the visit
  • Final repair cost depends on parts and labor required, shared with you before work begins
  • Payment is due immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed

3 Service Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on repairs performed (30 days), covering the same issue only. Warranty does not cover new faults, misuse, or third-party interference after our visit.

4 Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address and contact details for the service visit
  • Ensure safe access to the gas stove and surrounding area for the technician
  • Inform us in advance of any existing damage or known issues

5 Limitation of Liability

While our technicians take utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, issues arising from manufacturing defects, or damage caused by improper use after service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6 Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by informing us at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may attract a nominal charge.
